I build complete products.

I'm Alex Blair — a software engineer and product builder. I build complete products: the Rust systems underneath, the interface on top, and the backend, billing, and brand around them. I run that work independently, and for clients as Alenzie Solutions.

Most designers can't edit video. Most editors can't build systems. Most coders have no design taste. I do all three.

What that looks like in practice: I ship things end to end. Flowmaster is a signed, paid Windows app with its own licensing and ops dashboard. Spindle is an 85,000-line Rust platform whose AI agent is governed by a state machine, not good intentions. And I built the orchestration system that runs my own AI coding agents like a pipeline — part of how I move as fast as I do.

I care equally about the parts engineers usually skip — signing, billing, edge cases — and the parts they usually can't do — type, motion, brand. That overlap is the whole point.
